These Terms of Service govern your use of the Awesome Khana website and your orders, reservations and enquiries placed with us for dine-in, takeaway or delivery at our Barasat restaurant. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

By browsing our website, placing an order or messaging us on WhatsApp or phone, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services.

Using Our Website

Our website is provided to help you browse our menu, view offers and get in touch with us. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation, attempt to access it through automated means, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

Placing An Order

Orders can be placed by phone, WhatsApp or in person, and are confirmed once we acknowledge them.

• Menu items, descriptions and images are for guidance — actual dishes may vary slightly based on availability and preparation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or an address falls outside our delivery area.
• Please double-check spice levels, allergens and dietary markings (Veg / Egg / Non-Veg) before ordering.

Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on our website and menu are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order is what applies to that order. Payment can be made by cash, card or UPI at the restaurant, or as agreed at the time of delivery.

Delivery Area & Timing

We deliver across Barasat and nearby areas; orders within 1.5 km of Champadali More qualify for free delivery. Estimated delivery times are our best estimate and can vary with distance, weather and order volume — we'll keep you updated if there's a significant delay.

Table Reservations

Table bookings made by phone or WhatsApp are held for a reasonable grace period after your requested time. If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the table to other guests.

Offers & Promotions

Offers advertised on our website or in-store are valid for the period stated, are subject to availability, and cannot usually be combined with other offers unless explicitly mentioned. We may withdraw or modify an offer at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Awesome Khana name, logo, menu content, photography and website design belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used elsewhere without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We take care in preparing every order, but we're not liable for indirect or incidental issues arising from delays, third-party delivery partners, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If something about your order isn't right, please tell us — we'll always try to make it right.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal.
